XSpring offers new SiriHub token

XSpring Digital is launching the Siri-Hub2 Token with a fixed annual return of 6% over its three-year lifespan, positioning it as part of Thailand's transition towards fully digital fundraising.

The investment token is available for 10 baht each, with a minimum required subscription of 1,000 baht.

With the issuance, the company aims to broaden investor access while keeping the structure simple, transparent, and aligned with global standards, said deputy chief executive Tanasak Krishnasreni.

The SiriHub2 Token builds on the success of Thailand's first real estate-backed investment token, SiriHub Token, which mobilised 2.4 billion baht in its 2021 debut.

That initial offering was split into two tranches: SiriHub A, a 1.6-billion-baht class offering a 4.5% fixed annual return with full principal protection; and SiriHub B, an 800-million-baht tranche offering up to 8% per year, but with higher risk tied to the eventual asset disposal value at the end of the four-year term.
