Hung pulls five clear as Poosit stays second with 68

Thailand's Poosit Supupramai is five shots off the lead after the halfway stage of the US$400,000 Taifong Open yesterday.

The Thai star shot a four-under-par 68 to remain in second place on nineunder 135, five shots behind home hero Hung Chien-yao.
Leader by two shots after the opening round, Hung’s immense course knowledge was evident in yesterday's second round as he shot a second successive 65 and increased his cushion at the top to five shots.
Hung shot the lowest round of the day for a second straight day at the par-72 Taifong Golf Club and reached 14-under 130 after 36 holes.
Another Thai star Ekpharit Wu (66) is third on eight-under 136.
