The last International Spiritual Festival organised by Life Positive in Coimbatore was in 2019. However, despite the time gap and the multiple challenges that came in the way, we could never forget Coimbatore, its lovely people, and its serene weather. As soon as the situation cleared up, we decided to have our next inperson ISF in our favourite place, and bingo, here we are with four exciting workshops! TOVAA (Teachers of Visualisation and Affirmation) by Kalyaann Sir
TOVAA®, a special module created by facilitator Kalyaann Sir, is a comprehensive modality which has emerged from 11 years of continuous learning, observing, and experiencing the frequencies of colours, numbers, planets, directions, and space energies. It deals with how the vibrations of our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and words affect our daily lives.
TOVAA® is also about the simple and easy processes you can use to empower yourself and enhance the quality of your life from the day you start practising them. You will be introduced to the theory and a few practical techniques and exercises based on numbers, colours, directions, planets, and space energies. These will help you influence and adapt to certain aspects or elements of the Universe in an experiential method.
In this one-day workshop, through certain metaphysical tools, a number of TOVAA principles will be proved on the basis of energy, frequency, and vibration.
