AOJ: As a women entrepreneur, for the past couple of years you have been organising jewellery exhibitions related to machines & technology. How does the industry supports you and what is their response towards shows?
Kranti: Being a woman entrepreneur, I never faced any challenges, as our industry is very helpful and supportive. Me and my team are working so hard and trying to serve the industry the best we can.
AOJ: What efforts goes behind organising huge events? Discuss few challenging and how do you overcome those?
Kranti: KNC is focusing on international buyers and manufacturers as well. We recently did the show in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and the show was super successful. The Saudi government, customs, and association have supported us well. The challenges we faced in Saudi Arabia were the language barrier and the high price of everything, but somehow, we managed well. Everyone has appreciated the successful show.
AOJ: Since you organise shows in different states and cities or countries, you must be getting mix responses for your events. Please share your experience?
Kranti: Yes, we are getting mixed responses from trade, mostly positive responses for our Saudi Show. Trade is very happy that KNC has opened the doors to capture the Saudi market.
AOJ: How are the prepations going on for the upcoming 3rd edition of Jewellery Machinery & Allied India International Expo (JMAIIE)?
