The 68-year-old hunk and curvy 49-year-old song-bird hooked up in November at mutual pal Richard Branson’s Necker Island in the Caribbean during a tennis fundraiser for the singer’s kids’ foundation.
They were spotted getting cozy during the event and at one point a very relaxed Costner had his arms wrapped around the singer’s waist as she perched on his lap.
