ADS 2025 SETS A NEW BENCHMARK IN THE AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY

The third edition of the ET Now Machinist Aerospace and Defence Summit (ADS) 2025, held on 18 December 2025 at Radisson Blu Atria, Bengaluru, brought together the full spectrum of India's aerospace and defence manufacturing ecosystem.

After two successful virtual editions, Aerospace and Defence Summit 2025 emerged as a landmark in-person summit. The core intent behind organising this event was to create a focused industry platform for aerospace and defence sector. ADS was a powerful medium that helped leadership, manufacturing, and policy intersect to discuss collaboration and capability-building for the country.

With the theme “India @2047 – Building the Future of Aerospace and Defence Manufacturing,” the summit focused on moving decisively from ambition and policy intent to execution, scale, and global credibility.

The overwhelming response of more than 150 delegates highlighted how physical forums now play a critical role in enabling execution-focused conversations. The day began with registration and networking, setting the tone for what would become a deeply industry-led conversation. Leaders from OEMs, MSMEs, startups, R&D institutions, policy bodies, and system integrators convened to examine how India can transition from an assembly-centric model to a globally competitive aerospace and defence manufacturing powerhouse during Amrit Kaal.

Opening the summit, the organisers highlighted ADS’s evolution into a platform focused on action—where boardroom vision meets shopfloor realities. The emphasis throughout the day was on precision manufacturing, indigenous capability building, advanced technologies, and resilient supply chains.
