One in five of us suffer with dehydrated skin, especially when the weather is cold. take our tests to find out if your skin is parched, then meet the hydration heroes that can help.

TEST 1 After waking up, cleanse your skin and gently pat dry. Take a piece of Sellotape and place it on your cheek for a few seconds. Pull it off and look at the sticky side. If more than half of it is covered in dead skin cells (it will look patchy), then it’s a sign of dehydration. Dry skin has a slower cell turnover, so dead skin builds up at the surface, which leads to flakiness.
