The Lambs have been in superb form of late, rising to the top of the Western league Premier Division, while Brixham are having a fantastic season of their own having won all ten of their opening ten fixtures so far this season.
The tie will also see a return to Wall Park for Lambs winger Josh Parry, who signed for Tavi from the Fishermen earlier this season.
Speaking about the draw, Tavistock manager Stuart Henderson said: "It's going to be a difficult game.
Ideally, we would have liked a home tie and they are obviously flying in their league, so I think it will be a difficult afternoon for us.
