In search of the city's most expensive roads

WHETHER it is scrolling endlessly through the property pages or rolling down your window to take a gander at all the luxury homes many of us could only dream of owning, imaginary house hunting can be addictive.

Rumours often circulate over which areas of Plymouth are the most expensive and which roads are the most exclusive.

The Herald has compiled the definitive list of the top ten most expensive roads for houses in our beautiful city. This list is based on sales between January and October, 2021 (the most recent available).
