TERROR FEAR AS ISIS ‘LONE WOLF' IS HELD

COUNTER-TERROR police are investigating whether Islamic State “sleepers” have been “reactivated” to launch attacks across Europe.

It follows a second terror arrest in Spain just two weeks after Britain’s most-wanted ISIS fugitive was seized following five years on the run.

An unnamed Moroccan man was arrested by Barcelona police who suspected him of planning a “lone-wolf ” attack this weekend.

Described as a “real threat to security”, he was held in an operation involving the FBI. Spanish officers said he planned to carry out a terror act involving knives or a vehicle as a weapon.
