GIUSEPPE Dell'Anno has risen to the top after The Great British Bake Off crowned him as the winner last night.
Giuseppe, who describes himself as Britalian, managed to beat Chigs Parmar and Crystelle Pereira after perfecting a delicious carrot cake, Belgian buns and a dramatic showstopper fit for the Mad Hatter's tea party.
The Bristol-based engineer, 45, said: “I feel it's been a great year for Italy. I truly can't believe it or take it in.
