Rugby Gods Reduced To Rubble By Eddie's Heroes

EDDIE Jones called the All Blacks ‘rugby gods’ before yesterday’s semi-final.
Then he saw his squad of superheroes reduce them to rubble with a 19-7 victory that makes England favorites to land the World Cup for the second time next weekend when they face either Wales or South Africa.
Those two face off today and Jones insists his side must step it up if they are to join the Boys of 2003 and win the global tournament.
He said: “We know we can play better next week and we’re going to have to play better next week, whoever we face.
“Remember the meeting four years ago at Pennyhill Park, our first meeting together? We wanted to be the best team in the world and we’re not the best team in the world.
“We’ve got an opportunity to play in a game where we can prove we are. That’s all we’ve got to be concerned with and we’ll prepare well each day this week.
“As boring as that seems to you, the players are loving it.
