WE DON'T KNOW WHEN IT BEGAN, but it reached a veritable zenith in 2022, when Harry Styles sported a Gucci Jackie 1961 bag in that deeply memorable 2022 Gucci Ha Ha Ha campaign. Then, it was Jacob Elordi carrying a Bottega Veneta padded cassette bag last year. But before that, Frank Ocean had his Big Green Bag in 2019's Paris Fashion Week. The idea that certain types of bags are gender-specific is rapidly becoming obsolete.
We're loving the trend - it expands our choices and boundaries, and, with the coming economic contractions expected in the first two quarters of 2024, it's a great way to save and distribute value when these bags are shared with our friends, girlfriends or wives.
TUMI HARRISON BRADNER BACKPACK AND HARRISON HADDEN BACKPACK

The Harrison backpacks are receiving stylish new updates in a variety of hues for Tumi's Spring collection.
