All storytellers have their own unique way of, well, telling stories. And so does Goa-based filmmaker and founder of video production company Emaho Films, Taira Malaney. She likes to inspire, evoke, educate, engage and transform her audience with fascinating visual content that lets the story be the hero. Over the last four years, the company has created branded content for a whole range of services covering wellness, real estate, hospitality and entertainment, and documentaries focused on the intersection between man and wildlife.

The one common link between all of these diverse films she worked on, is that somewhere, they all tell positive stories. There’s also always a connection to nature and wildlife, which is one of her childhood passions, developed as a result of camping trips with family and friends. Born in Mumbai to a Sindhi father and a German-Gujarati mother, both with extremely similar values and beliefs, Taira had a cultural blend of a childhood, with the best of both worlds - an entrepreneurial, business-minded upbringing, within a creative, nurturing environment.
