Not a lot of people know this but I’m very good at... cooking. My signature dishes are squash casserole and salmon croquettes, which my family and friends love. I even cook for our Yorkshire terrier puppy, Pepper. At the moment I’m treating him to succulent chicken breasts.
My best friend is… my husband William. We met at a health spa in 2001. I was trying to get my weight down and he was running the place. I took one look at his handsome features and thought, oh my goodness!
