STILL devastated by her husband’s illicit affair, TV’s once fearsome Judge Judy is now a shadow of her former self — and could be showing the early signs of Alzheimer’s!

Sources tell The ENQUIRER the 74-year-old jurist confuses her wealthy neighbors with day laborers, pitches fits at her favorite restaurant and demands wacky VIP treatment for her pooches.

What’s more, we’ve learned Judy has been secretly battling depression since suffering a mini stroke in 2011.

“Judy’s behavior has been the cause for more and more worry since the cheating scandal,” her friend, Cyndi Pence, told The ENQUIRER. “She’s still traumatized by it!”

And if bed-hopper Judge Jerry Sheindlin’s cheating with a gorgeous younger waitress — revealed exclusively by The ENQUIRER in 2002 — wasn’t enough to destroy Judy, she nailed the 83-year-old creep slipping into her lingerie!

“[Jerry] was caught wearing Judy’s underwear!” tattled Cyndi.
