I don’t know about you, but I’m so glad that Eli Manning got to start the final four games after having his 210 game streak halted.
This isn’t sarcasm although it sure the heck should be. As I ranted in my last column, I think the Giants were incredibly inept and short-sighted for not giving rookie QB Davis Webb playing time during this horrid failure of a season. I mean, why sacrifice the second pick in a QBrich draft so Manning can try to win a meaningless game or two? Especially when he’s statistically playing one of his worst seasons in years.
But what’s done is done.
