イタリアに拠点を置く「イ―タリー」。食材の提供だけでなく、調理して食事としても提供する。 従来型のスーパーマーケットでもなく、レストランでもない。目下、日本のスーパーマーケットで進むつつある「内食」と「外食」の融合を最先端で具現化している「イ―タリー」を現地イタリアでレポートした。 その他、スーパーマーケットの「ひな祭り」対応の売場づくり、顧客サービスの100店舗調査を行った。「ひな祭りコーナー」の完成度、「売場案内」「あいさつ」「レジサービス」など各項目における優良店舗とそのポイントを一挙解説した。
