Nevertheless, we tend to think that women in today’s society have attained a status in the various field of legal, educational, socio-economic, or religious matters, we still often tend to employ different yardsticks. Habitually, chauvinists have constantly looked upon women as inferior.
This scenario doesn’t change even today completely. Yes, but with the changing times, the role of women has acquired new dimensions. As the years’ march head, we witness substantial changes. From astronauts and prime ministers, women have been playing a vital role in society. Today we have welcomed, or I would rather say have proved that women can work and have a family at the same time. She excels the art of balancing. Though our place in the society has seen transformations, still it is a long way to go.
