Running for just over five miles across the Kent and East Sussex border and through an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Spa Valley Railway was perhaps something of a dark horse in terms of heritage lines. Now a major player on the scene, Owen Hayward looks at what the railway has to offer as it celebrates its 25th anniversary.
