September’s issue of SAM offers the usual cross section of scale including a Cavalier Mustang III conversion and Spitfire Vs over Dieppe in 1/48, while in 1/72 we look at the A-4 Skyhawk, a ‘Pedestal’ Sea Hurricane Ib, Matchbox’s vintage A-20, a Buccaneer S.1conversion and a test shot build of the new Special Hobby Mirage IIIC.
This month’s reference features cover the Airspeed Oxford, the RAF’s Sentry and early RFC and RAF camouflage. Finally we add a big AIMS conversion for the Revell Ju 88, converting their 1/32 Ju 88A-4 to a Ju 388.
