We are so thrilled to be sharing issue 12 our winter issue, with you, filled with interesting articles, real life stories and top tips on how you can be the best parent.



In this issue, our cover feature is all about Fitness guru and television star Jillian Michaels about coming out and how being a mother to two adorable children has changed her life. For our Q&A we chat with Allegra McEvedy, Food TV presenter and co-founder of the restaurant chain, Leon, about growing up, parenting skills and the inspiration behind her new cook book.

Sheena from Lewis Fertility chats about the importance of having healthy sperm, and we hear from Lucy Miller, Nutrition and fitness expert, who shows how to get the kids to burn off some of that extra energy over the holidays. We also hear from the founders of Micro scooters, Anna and Philippa, who explain why they created the Micro Scooter and what we can expect to see in the future.



For our Happy Families feature Janno and Paul tell us their journey to becoming proud Dads to Rosie and Roman and we have found the best pantos in the country to take the family along to and join in the fun.
