'This month, we’re celebrating the best of British produce and recipes. We learn how to cook the ultimate roast dinner, discover five unique uses for clotted cream and find out how British rum is causing a buzz here in the West Country.  
In our Field to Plate segment, we’re foraging for wild garlic and serving up tempting dishes like crab mac n cheese and rhubarb semifreddo. It’s UK Coffee Week at the end of the month and we catch up with a South West coffee roasters that are doing their bit to take your cup of joe to the next level.  
Elsewhere in the magazine, we’re firing up the pizza oven early this year, getting stuck into some eggcellent Easter crafts, and finding out how to make marzipan from scratch.'
