Entrepreneurs and business owners wear many hats on the day to day operations of their business. I always laugh when I remember telling my Dad back when I got my first job, that I would be working 40 hours a week and he looked at me with a smile on his face and said, “Good to see that you have a part time job so, what are you going to do with the other 128 hours in the week?” Don’t get me wrong he was very happy for me, but he was and still is a hard worker and has a strong work ethic that he has passed on to me for which I will always be thankful. He also taught me to give back and help others not for the recognition but because it is the right thing to do and that has always stuck with me.
