Vô hình trung, người ta xem Y2K như một thứ thảm họa có thể khiến trái đất diệt vong. Những cách thoát ly khác, chẳng hạn như thiền, khiêu vũ hay làm vườn, cũng có thể giảm bớt căng thẳng.
