Tất cả chúng ta đều biết đến ít nhất một người như Mozart, bẩm sinh đã có khả năng lắng nghe một bài hát trong một lần và có thể chơi lại nó một cách hoàn hảo. Vô hình trung, người ta xem Y2K như một thứ thảm họa có thể khiến trái đất diệt vong. Tuy nhiên, đối với thế giới thời trang, Y2K còn được xem như một mốc thời gian đặc biệt nằm giữa sự chuyển giao của những năm 1990 và 2000, được đặc trưng bởi một thẩm mỹ rất riêng đã trở lại mạnh mẽ trong những năm gần đây, đặc biệt được thế hệ Gen Z ưa chuộng.
