Most Exciting Hardware Startups In London

Technology is all about innovation. In order to create a technological innovation, it is essential to come up with a new idea with adequate scientific reasoning to back it up. However brilliant your idea might be, it will be useless if it can’t be implemented well with basic scientific understanding. On the other hand, even if an individual has great scientific skill, he cannot put it to use as long as he doesn’t have a good idea to support it. A combination of these two factors with proper implementation by a team of experts in the field results in a productive outcome. These hardware startups in the city of London have excelled in putting together all these skills and redefining innovation in terms of technology.

Live Is The Buzz Let Your Livestreaming Do The Talking!

One of the world’s first live-streamers, Jennifer Ringley, then 19, drew close to a million views, as she shared every uncensored detail of her college dorm life. believe it or not, Ringley was internet-famous even before the Kardashian clan learned to break the internet. At its peak, her site, JenniCam got seven million hits a day. She appeared in major newspapers, and was profiled on the Late Show with David Letterman. This was 20 years ago, and although we still treat live streaming as a distraction, as an entertainment, it’s the first time in history that it has reached a transitional peak-point. Today, thanks to dozens of top live video streaming apps, the layman can share their lives with the world and earn. The type of videos live broadcast are edgy, cute, and sometimes even adorable.

The Future Is Green! Nothing Is Faster Than Green Travel

We have got electric cars, smaller cars, and cars with a better gas mileage. What we haven’t seen yet is some kind of technological evolution with transportation. While, a lot of ‘technological’ fixes have been given little to some amount of attention, not all of them have gained repute for ushering in green revolution. Every day, engineers are taking a different route, designing more environmentally sustainable modes of transportation that may overturn long-held notions greener, efficient traveling. This year, we have some of the most radical modes of transportation, some of which may even take decades for their full implementation. Of course, they aren’t all flying saucers, but rather much exciting concepts that will encourage the transportation industry to reduce emissions we produce today.

A Peek Into The Year 2300

At the beginning of the year, I decided to give myself a book challenge by working through twenty books which have won the hugo Award for Best Novel. Seeing Isaac Asimov’s Foundation, I immediately knew which book I had to start with. I devoured the book rather quickly, and went ahead and read the trilogy. The classic and quintessential science fiction goes like this - fifty thousand years in the future, mankind now lives under a galactic Empire that is on the verge of collapse. A scientist named hari Seldon has determined that the galactic Empire’s fall will result into a replay of Earth’s Dark Ages on a galactic scale. To save humanity, Seldon is tasked to create two Foundations that preserve the accumulated knowledge of the physical sciences and thereby shorten the 300,000 years of Dark Age that followed the Empire’s collapse to a 1,000year interregnum. This is Isaac Asimov sketching a little saga, and I must say the series is an unqualified triumph. And with that, begs the question – what does our future look like?
