A Stonington lobsterman has an encounter with a great white shark. There is a school opening unlike anything previously experienced.  Students learn gardening from a Ready by 21 program.

Yachtspotters share their stories and pictures of these passing floating palaces. Schools are opening next week with no fall sports and different procedures and classroom layouts.  Mailboat skippers rescue distressed sailors.

Schools reopen soon, adapting to virus safety needs. Soccer and basketball are canceled. Positive news for lobster fishery. Rep. Golden comes to town. Basil Heanssler receives Deer Isle Boston Post cane.

The closure and sale of Old Quarry Ocean Adventures is rippling through the Island community. Plans for the Stonington Ball Field are in flux.  Members of a famous family came to Stonington for an unusual wedding.

The Miniature Houses are coming back. Reporter Leslie Landrigan caught the arrival and children looking at the church.
