Although globally, Turkish cuisine seems to be just a fraction of this trend, for us at The Guide Istanbul it is a subject we've been presenting to our readers for decades and tackling from different angles. The truth is – no matter how much space we dedicate to it, it never seems to be enough. Therefore, encouraged by the success of the debut Food Issue 2018, we decided to turn it into a periodic project delivered to you annually during the summer months. As most of the content presented to you on the following pages is timeless, we would like for each subsequent issue to compliment and build on the previous edition. To avoid repetition, the most popular content has been published online for you to access at your convenience.
