A total of 207 restaurants made it into this new edition; these were reviewed anonymously by our trusted reviewers based on four key points: food, setting wine and service. And, with the help of our jury members comprising seasoned journalists, hospitality professionals and astute gourmands, we came up with this year’s Top 20 restaurants and Best of the Year award winners, which include new categories such as Best Sommelier, Best Pastry Chef and Impact Award. Odette, the restaurant which got the highest votes in the Top 20 nomination process was named Restaurant of the Year.
