Penghujung tahun selalu memercik perasaan campur aduk bagi saya. Terutama tahun ini yang tak hanya menandai akhir dari 365 hari penuh peristiwa, namun juga perjalanan CROWN Indonesia di bawah manajemen TIME International Publications dengan sebuah edisi terakhir. Rasanya mustahil untuk merangkum semua momentum yang telah kami lalui bersama dalam satu kolom saja. Jika bisa, saya ingin berbagi segenap cerita di balik layar dalam satu buku esai tebal untuk bernostalgia. Namun untuk saat ini, izinkan saya menuturkan sebuah surat perpisahan untuk CROWN Indonesia. Ah, menulis kolom ini untuk terakhir kalinya benar-benar membuat saya merasa emosional.

Hope is like a glimmer of light that prevents us from falling into despair. This sentence is more than just a mere phrase, as it has been proven time and time again in the midst of various crises. These crises may arise suddenly, like economic turmoil, or unexpectedly, like the Covid-19 pandemic, or even be inevitable, like global warming. In my view, change is the only constant in life. However, it is our responsibility to adapt and cultivate hope in order to continue moving forward and maintain a mindset that is focused on finding solutions.

At the turn of the year, reflection and resolutions have become a tradition. In process, wisdom and insight we are challenged to summarize, identify, interpret, learn, and summarize everything that has happened throughout the year and put together list of achievements for the next year.
