In this issue

This year’s traditional “Museum Night” in St. Petersburg is on the night of 21 and 22 May. The programme is in two parts: museum evening (6 — 11 pm) and museum night (9 pm — 6 am). The city’s museums, galleries, exhibition halls and libraries will not simply be open to visitors during the night — most of them have organized special programmes for the event: one-day exhibitions, original guided tours, master-classes, concerts, plays and historical reconstructions.
