Appearing on the cover for the first time together are five pillars of the Philippines’ dining scene who have set the benchmark for how we see and appreciate food today: award-winning chefs Tony Boy Escalante and Margarita
Forés, notable restaurateurs Rikki Dee and Abba Napa, and renowned chef and food writer Claude Tayag.
