对很多人来说,2020是很糟糕的一年,所有的计划都被打乱了,订好的目标也无法好好实现。《美味风采》在去年面对疫情的情况下,把心一横转跑道,全心投入了digital,可是我们并没有放弃纸媒,杂志依然每个月如期出版。 回顾去年,我们成功把面子书的follower增加到120千人,也成功举办了两场线上比赛,再来是保持每天一场的烹饪直播,目前为止已经累积接近300场的直播场数了!去年是很艰难的一年,可是《美味风采》却能在幸苦的情况下找到生路,除了感谢一路出力的团队,另外也非 常感谢一路陪伴我们的厨师和老师,没有大家的帮忙,这条路会很幸苦呀。 今年年刊虽然没有加厚版,可是内容同样丰富。这次有随书附送2样产品回馈读者,另外送上多道菜,烦着过年不懂煮什么的朋友,记得买一本来看。 记得一位前辈说,无论情况多糟糕,年还是要过。无论多幸苦,过年总要吃“豪”一点。这期的年菜没有很丰盛,却是盛情满满,诚意十足。如何聪明的“过年”,好好策划一下吧。材料可以改,味道不能变,吃还是最重要呀。 最后祝大家,牛年继续强大再强大。
