参与这次年菜示范的酒店和酒家包括皇宫酒家、壹号中餐厅以及One world hotel的钻苑中餐厅。当然,如果觉得在家动手煮太累又复杂,索性就上餐厅解决吧,记得提早定位哦。
除了年菜,过年最少不了的就是年饼。今年我们尝试一些新的做法,让大家在传统和创新之间,都能找到喜爱的味。
