While Mr. Pankaj focuses on the market survey, small town consumer needs, strong understanding of small-town female consumers and retailers simultaneously Mr. Parag Singhania looks into day-to-day operations, handling sales team, distributions and overall workings. Just because of the confidence that was built in them due to the teachings of their father, gave the power to overcome to all the odds. They didn’t find any constraints, while starting the business. Mr. Parag Singhania, a very enthusiastic and a visionary man is excellently handling all the operations of the business. His father Mr. Pawan Singhania had always been the motivation behind this amazing journey. Since the start of business, he always had faith on his father’s words- “You have to be profitable from day one and never think of doing business in loss for some years and then convert it into the profit.” He always believed that such theory works where there is huge flow of capital and for such a small business one has to grow with the profits only.
