Cruising Heights December 2018 issue concentrates on how aviation infrastructure - or rather the lack of it - could be a major hindrance to the growth of aviation in the country. The cover story looks at Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport that remains constrained for slots even though it created a record of logging the highest number of flights from an airport with a single runway.
