But to pull the interests of the ego by yourself is very hard, so when someone insults you it is very good because the interest of the ego is being taken away easily. Once you have decided that you will drink all the bitterness a person may give you, then you will be able to drink it. So learn how to accept the one who insults you as your well-wisher and digest his insults with a smiling face – only then can you one day become Neelkanth!
