Hon'ble Culture Minister Sh. Prahlad Singh Pateland the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of Delhi Sh. Anil Baijal inaugurated the 61st National Exhibition of Art and National Kala Mela at the President House. The
Hon'ble President congratulated all the awardees while they were cheered by their respective family members and friends who were among the attendees.
