Last month, we celebrated our seventh anniversary and were delighted to receive an overwhelming number of responses and accolades from our readers and contributors. We are also pleased to inform you all that henceforth, we will be presenting lifestyle related content in the beginning pages of the magazine and health and travel related write-ups in the latter pages. We do hope you appreciate this categorisation of information. The concluding trimester of the year 2015 has already commenced and festivities galore are around the corner. The weather too has taken a pleasant turn and autumn can now be experienced in all its gaiety. It’s quite understandable, that with festivities and enjoyment comes the desire to steer away from one’s diet and routines. However, this is also a time when most people put on unwanted kilos which could be difficult to shed. So, wouldn’t it just be lovely if we could relish all the good food and be fit and healthy at the same time? This could definitely be possible, if only we follow a few simple rules and routines.
