This Digital Wellbeing experiment is useful for those who want to limit their access to technology when on holidays and weekends.

Another Digital Wellbeing experimental app called Screen Stopwatch tells you how long you spend on your phone each day; whereas Activity Bubbles app helps you discover what your phone usage looks like in a day. Both these apps are definitely useful for those who want to consciously use their phone less.
