当前，随着国际社会对于节能减排的提倡，以及国际海事组织（IMO）不断出台环保海事新规，全球船舶行业都在努力实现船舶的低燃油消耗、低排放、低污染，其中，高性能复合材料以其优异性能在国外得到了广泛应用。但在我国，与其他应用领域相比——例如航空航天、汽车领域——我国在船舶复合材料研究和应用方面还相对落后。本期“会客室”采访了哈尔滨工业大学复合材料与结构研究所所长边文凤教授，请她谈一谈复合材料在船舶应用中应用现状及存在的问题。希望借此加强我国船舶行业内部以及与复合材料行业同仁之间的交流合作，进一步推动复合材料在船舶上的应用，打造更轻、更高质的绿色船舶。几十年来，碳纤维增强塑料（CFRP）车架/底盘部件已被用于高端跑车和赛车。CFRP的性能和轻量化使得其最近扩展到更大批量生产的车型。然而，大多数这些部件都使用连续纤维制成。不久前，麦格纳与福特合作共同研发了一款由短切和非编织碳纤维SMC制作的副车架原型，通过减轻车重（轻量化）来实现减排和提升油耗。在航空领域，为了减轻重量，人们关注的焦点已从飞机机身转移到飞机内饰。由于内饰材料的重量实际上会超过机身重量，对于许多商用飞机来说，机内使用复合材料对成本/收益这一比例同样重要。不久前，Stratview Research发布了一个针对复合材料飞机客舱内饰市场的研究报告。该报告基于2018-2023年期间的预测，预计飞机复合材料内饰市场2023年将超过18亿美元。详情请参见“技术特写”《前景广阔的复合材料飞机客舱内饰市场》。在造船领域，由于复合材料真空灌注（VIP）工艺流程因其低资本投资、易于管理的学习曲线和潜在的减排能力而引起了人们的兴趣。《在海洋市场掀起波澜》一文，将为您介绍闭模加工的优势，以及碳纤维和环氧树脂等新材料在其中的应用。
