作为机器人产业皇冠上的“明珠”，腔镜手术机器人的国产化之路历经了近20 年。在被称为腔镜手术机器人国产化元年的2021 年，威高集团的妙手拿到国产腔镜手术机器人的第一证。2022 年1 月底，微创® 图迈® 获批，成为第二款国产腔镜手术机器人。两款国产产品的亮相，打破了此前由达芬奇手术系统在国内市场的一家独大格局，为市场带来了更多可能性。请见《国产腔镜手术机器人再获批，中国市场会爆发吗？》。
人工耳蜗系统通过植入体内的电极系统刺激分布在周围的听神经纤维，直接兴奋听神经以恢复或重建听觉功能。2018 年，韩国初创公司TODOC 在铂箔上制作微结构，借助精细加工激光系统在生物兼容合金上成功制作了32 个通道，并最大程度地实现了生产自动化。通过这种方式，TODOC 公司制造了首个商业上可行的32 通道耳蜗电极阵列。详情请看《32 通道耳蜗植入系统重现美妙声音》。
从最初的医疗模型快速制造，逐渐发展到3D 打印直接制造助听器外壳、植入物、复杂手术器械和3D 打印药品，3D 打印技术的医用已不再局限于某一个具体场景。3D 打印简化了制造流程，缩短了供应链和销售环节，也实现了“个性化生产”，如在手术中应用3D 打印技术，为患者定制个性化内固定接骨板进行骨折内固定治疗。总之，医用3D 打印已解决了多项临床难题，但临床环境中依然存在许多悬而未决且充满挑战性的情况，包括原材料的选择等。请见《医用3D 打印向商业化开发迈进》一文。
