'Green space' housing plan quashed by court
A DECISION to allow houses to be built on one of the last green spaces on a huge Plymouth housing estate has been quashed by a court - and plans will have to be looked at all over again. Plymouth City Council last year effectively took itself to court over its decision to build on Wilmot Gardens, in Crownhill, when it failed to ensure the houses would be \"affordable\".
