In this issue

"We have an issue jam-packed with projects this month. We continue our countdown to Christmas with our Advent Calendar. More triangles in the Improv Triangle Cushion, a great project for using up small scraps in your stash. If you’re a fan of Japanese fabrics, you’ll love the Indigo Quilt. With a nod to the autumnal season, the Woodland Walk lap quilt will keep you warm while the Rhapsody Runner features some stunning fabrics. We complete our Quilters’ Village series quilt this month and also complete the Stars and Flowers block of the month quilt. Stuart’s Stashbusting block this month is called Sparks from the Bonfire. We have two great quilt galleries for you in this issue. First up is a review of the Great Northern Quilt Show in Harrogate which had some wonderful winning quilts this year. We then hop across to Cumbria and visit Farfield Mill and the World Wide Whispers exhibition; an intriguing idea and concept. Sara Cook tells us about her First and Last quilts and we meet Stalybridge Patchwork and Quilting Group in Introducing."
