One thing for sure Corona Virus has thought us so far is to slow down and look around us. What do we see or remember?
Humanity, love and care that many people have shown to their friends and families, helping hands to go through these difficult times. I am excluding those selfish people that don’t think about other, the ones that we have seen on the social media!

Let’s not to forget, this difficult period can teach us how valuable we are for each other as well as respect our environment.
We need to change our mindset and lifestyle after Corona Virus to take care of ourselves, others and EARTH!

Many countries have been bullied to obey the rules of bullier, and if
don’t obey, they become enemies and are called so many names.
They see it as their right to invade other sovereign counties but it is
not good for any other nations because if they do, they become an
aggressor. I don’t agree with any war and aggressive behaviour.
Before we give advice to anyone, we should look at our own behaviour.
Our behaviour can trigger reactions from anyone.
A bully should be stopped for not being bullied!

It is more than 2 years that the world is dealing with Covid 19. It has evolved with our daily life. If we believe in democracy and freedom of speech (non-existence objects), we should start practising listening to those who have different views and still stay united as a society.It seems unvaccinated people are angrier in society and their anger is targeting their friends and families. 

A friend of mine messaged me after a year and directly asked me about my political views and being vaccinated. I responded accordingly to her questions. Then her response was shocking!She said that I am supporting fascist and she was happy that she asked the question because she can filter people out of her life!
Why so much anger? Why do we have to filter people based on their politics, religion and any views they may have? We should build a united society and don’t allow politicians and religious leaders to divide us.

The Lost War

After 20 years of war in Afghanistan, the US and its allies failed to remove the Taliban who are a terrorist group that was created by a few countries and the CIA.

Afghanistan’s resources were stolen by the US and its allies. Now, the US pulled out of the country after signing a peace agreement in 2018 by Pampeo and the current Taliban leader, who was released from Pakistan prison under the US request without the Afghanistan government. 

Who is responsible for the current situation? 

Shouldn’t the US government be on trial for the crime they committed? 

Shouldn’t Europe learn to stand up to the US government and say enough is enough and No more war in the name of spreading democracy and human rights?

We have witnessed the kind of democracy the US government has spread in Iraq and Libya.

but we are more free than last year! 

The vaccine has allowed us to move around the cities and countries. We are almost getting there to get back to our normal life. 

Depending on the time of the day the feeling is different. Also, it’s different when it rains, when it gets super hot or when it is very special warm with a refreshing breeze shows up. Actually, I could even dedicate the whole letter just for summer rain, because it’s that special... Always with its own story.

Emotions


“A strong feeling deriving from one’s circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.” Emotions are responses to significant internal and external events. Emotions are intense feelings that are directed at someone, something or self. 
There are many emotions surrounded us that could cause the moment of living hell or heaven! 

We are responsible to control our emotions and convert the negative ones to positive emotions. Researchers summarized the emotions towards 5 labelling the basic human emotions, that there are 5 basic emotions: joy, fear, sadness, disgust and anger.

4 out of 5 basic human emotions are negative. It is ok to be sad, disgusted, angry or fear of something, but if we focus on Joy, we can convert those negative emotions to joy. You may wonder, how we can convert negative emotions to positive? Well, it is very simple, ACCEPTANCE of the event and emotions.

Acceptance takes you miles away from negative emotions, and questioning them, may settle in your mind, which directs you to deeper sad emotions.
Accept the moments, smile and go forward!

Hope is an optimistic state of mind that is based on an expectation of positive outcomes with respect to events and circumstances in one’s life or the world at large. As a verb, its definitions include: “expect with confidence” and “to cherish a desire with anticipation.” 

During this period of our life that many have lost their loved ones as the result of Corona (Covid-19), there have been some lights of hope appears! Nobody knows how effective these vaccines are, but it is a few steps forward to make a change and re-create our life again!
