FORMER Scotland rugby captain Stuart Hogg has appeared in court and denied a stalking charge.
The 31-year-old is accused of engaging in a course of conduct which caused fear and alarm to his estranged wife, Gillian.
He also pled not guilty to a charge under section one of the Domestic Abuse Scotland Act, alleging he engaged in a course of behaviour which was abusive to the mother of his four children , who he is separated from.
Hogg denied a third charge of failing to comply with an undertaking during the hearing at Jedburgh Sheriff Court.
