Transform in 12!

About the A12 Express

The programme is designed for both men and women of any age and genetics. It consists of three 35- to 45-minute weekly sessions of weight training and cardio/HIIT, and is designed to produce the biggest minute-for-minute results in the most efficient way possible.

There are three different Amazing 12 options - Express, Classic and For Life - and FitNut Loft is the only studio in Asia certified to teach them. The Express version is a great way to ease yourself into the programmes.

"If you're frustrated with belly fat and weight gain, and looking to transform your body in just 12 weeks, then the A12 by FitNut Loft is the best out there!" says Aly.
