Forget limiting glitter to just one area of your face. “I love the combination of glitter eyes and lips—and they are both easy to pull off,” says Euphoria makeup artist Donni Davy. Pat a shimmery shadow all over your lids (from your lash line to just above your crease). Next, apply a glimmering gloss on top of your fave lipstick.
