King Cloudy sat on his throne and said, "General Secretary Clod, the proceedings of the meeting may begin."
"My king, it's the monsoon season. The clouds are ready to fly and rain over their respective areas. We are just waiting for your orders."
"But General Secretary Clod, has the Distribution Minister Rainy prepared the distribution file?" asked King Cloudy.
Then Distribution Minister Rainy appeared with her file and said, "I have prepared the file."
"Rainy, please read the file and tell us how many clouds we have to send to each region this time so that no one on Earth is short of water.'
Rainy read the file, "Your Highness, the green forest is vast. The trees there welcome the clouds with joy, and our clouds shower them with rain happily.
That's why we have to send a lot of clouds there."
"And what's next in your file, Rainy?"
"Your Highness, there's a lot of fertile land in Champakvan. The farmers there work very hard. They're always ready to welcome the clouds. We will have to send enough clouds there for a good harvest."
"But Rainy, what does your file say about the Sundervans in the mountains?"
"Your Highness, the Sundervans are our favourite. Our clouds enjoy the company of the mountains and pour. There are a lot of wild animals in the mountains, too.
We have to take care of everyone. Our clouds will definitely go there."
After this, Rainy fell silent. King Cloudy asked, "Rainy, you did not say anything about Madhuban. Why is that?"
Rainy replied, "Your Highness, our clouds are not welcome there. King Camy camel has started a 'tree-cutting campaign'. The whole area has no greenery. The birds have disappeared from there, and the wildlife has been forced to migrate."
"But how did that happen, Rainy?"
